It made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I also found the hotel to be very accessible. The hallways were wide enough for me to walk comfortably and the stairs had sturdy handrails to hold onto. It was reassuring to know that the hotel is well-suited for senior guests like myself.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff. Although the children working there were polite, it would have been helpful if they were more proactive in offering assistance to senior guests.
